Digital Fabrication

Miles has extensive professional experience in digital fabrication, culminating with his position as a lead technician in 2014-2015 at MILLHAUS, the Digital Fabrication Lab at Tulane University of Architecture. His work involved collaborating with students and industry professionals to advance CNC Mill technology across various materials, resulting in the creation of museum models, furniture, masonry molds, sculptures, and more.

In 2020, Miles furthered his expertise working as one of two special projects team members at Bednark Studio Inc, contributing to interactive branding for events and retail spaces, including a multi-million dollar buildout for Nike in NYC.

Working Abroad

In 2018-2019, he dedicated his time to managing volunteer construction and hurricane relief projects in Puerto Rico.

Miles speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and has traveled extensively in Latin America and Europe. His dream is to use his experience to teach sustainable design and construction techniques, and make architectural knowledge accessible.
